Hi I hope you all are doing wellI am looking to invest around the Lindell Bvld area but looking at the crime map it seems like it's not safe and looking at rentals there are too many rentals available leading to a saturated market.

It is very common to not own the mineral rights to many parcels of land as they were separated long ago. 

Hey @Robbie Shiver, I like the idea of the MTR if you are in Atlanta.

Too many people are scared of townhouses and condos, but you are protected against a lot of the repairs of single-family or multi-family ownership.

In my REI the majority of the millionaires were in some kind of construction or brokerage.

I fixed the roof myself out of my own pocket.I called the insurance broker  and he straight asked me if there was a damage after the hurricaine, so I said a tree fell but I fixed it myself out of my own pocket.
