Spend a day calling brokers on Biz Buy Sell and you will get a feel for how crazy this space is.

It is basically a disaster and a guy named Gabe Bernarde is co-founder of Viceroy Research and has written a report called “Slumlord Millionaires”, that covers a well-known bridge lender who has been doing a lot of lending to multifamily sponsors.

Looking at their model as a lender for me does not offer much comfort knowing its more than likely tied to a "Call center" style experience.
