I think it's the best way to get started when you don't have a ton of money to spare, and you are still learning.1. look up on facebook marketplace what other people are offering their rooms for, that will help you get an idea of what you can charge.

Also on Airfare learned a hard lesson to.. you must have paper receipts and boarding pass's to write them off.. copy of CC bill and or on line status report is no good

Hi All,As I look at my options to finance my first RE deal, I was researching the early withdrawal penalty from TSP (Federal equivalent to 401K) and just learned that I can take out a TSP loan with no penalty, no tax impact and just have to pay it off with interest (seems to be 4-5% range right now) within 60 months.
