It's one thing to say "I was walking down the street one day and ran across a million dollar bill" and reality...not saying this isn't true, but my PFS says I'm a millionaire too and it's just a piece of paper...owning a million dollars in real estate doesn't mean you're a millionaire.I'd be game to chat offline to take a look at your model...always open to learning and growing from others experiences.

There is also a 88 unit motel for sale on there that is directly across the street from the University of Alabama Huntsville.

Your Registered Agent must have a street address in Alabama (PO Boxes are not allowed).

The area has a few rough streets but there is definitely a revival going on.

Small world, I almost got a property same street but passed to pursue other ones... 

Quite possibly since I discovered the house missing in the street view was constructed the same year as the house I bid on and won.
