As I mentioned, it depends on the nature of the businesses subject of the transaction, are we talking about an oil refinery or a steel fabrication shop or a food warehouse or what???

The second floor apartment was larger, but kept very messy; i.e. pet hair everywhere, spilled food, and the very heavy scent of unwashed clothing/bedding and cat spray (the tenants had 3+ cats in there).

Most rehabbers in the sub 125k rental house market are week to week as in if they don't get a check every Friday they can't pay rent or buy food or beer that weekend. :) 

It has everything to do with having a lot of what makes you happy.People can have wealth in family, friends, food, money, etc., etc...

Everyone is responsible for theor own food and drinks. 

This is basically my/our situation.We are four college students who are completely debt free with the exception of utilities (phone bills, insurance, gas, food, etc.).  

Free food will get people in an agreeable and talkative mood. :-)  "You know, my man Fred inherited this house from his uncle Gerald and he's three years behind on his taxes and wants to get rid of it, but he hasn't gone about putting it up for sale yet. 

If you don't have any investing advice how about some places for some good Southern Food?
