So long as your accessing your unit didn't interfere with the renters private use of their space, you could likely cashflow in that manner.

I've been trying to get an education on how much control park owners have over mobile home owners renting space in their park. 

All my buildings are the same paint color so I go from room to room with a roller covering any marks.

If every homeowner in the county wanted a review there is no way they could get them all done on time without hiring an army of reviewers, clerks and renting out the space to do all the reviews.
