The main purpose of getting a property is that I want to use it as an investment property where I could have tenants or maybe even air bnb something that would bring me cash flow, I was wondering if anyone has any advice on loans or agents or maybe even any ideas/strategies that would be good insight on helping me beginning my journey.

If you want to flip land, you have to do something in the middle to make it more attractive.

From there I would go into it even deeper to see if its something you would be interested in pursuing.

My wife and I are both working professionals with two young children, so trying to tackle something that makes sense for us from a time commitment perspective is a big consideration.

So, I am going to throw out my thinking on something to get started and wondered if someone could just let me know if it seems like an okay idea of not.I am currently in a home (VA loan) that is costing me $4054 a month (haven't even been in the property a year yet and have a 5.75% interest rate). 

Or the home itself has to be something interesting.

I currently use Apartments.com to collect rent on my properties, but I need to set something up for a single parking space.
