I just split the house into 3 separate listings - one for the whole house, sleeps 8, and two for bedrooms only in my shared house.

Tenants complain or leave because they don’t want to live next to it.Homeless sleeping in your laundry room because someone left the gate unlocked.

I like to call it "autopilot" you are watching but not going to sleep. 

I don’t recall how many nights I did this or how many nights I actually did sleep, but in my car because I had arrangements to close on a property that didn’t fall through.Late December 2016 I realized that I was taking 3 steps back for every 2 steps I took in the right direction.

Run, run, run.Houses are just labor camps we sleep in.  

At the end of the day, I am now happier than I have ever been before (in terms of work life), sleep full nights again, and am relaxed in how I approach new tasks and goals.

As @Charles Soper mentioned sleep is an area where hours can be gained.

Also the higher the number of people it can sleep the better off you are.

I just put up a short term rental that was fully booked for almost 4 months out in less than a month but my target was people looking for a cheap, clean location to sleep that was quiet. 

I imagine this wasn't a big deal in the early 1900s because most workers only went home to sleep and eat.
