ALl the while you will need to have skin in the game also so your LTV will have to be between 60/40 to 80/20 depending on your credit.Bottom line if your credit score is 750 and above you should see something at an interest rate of 5-7 percent with a 80/20 LTV, and closing costs around 5 points.
