To run a park business efficiently and constantly move the needle requires a completely different set of skills and focus. 

@Trace LeDoggeI see your point, but it doesn't matter what the seller's skills are when buying FSBO.When buying direct from the seller and without representation, the buyer has to know what they are doing.

For agents in particular, the skills you learn as a residential agent will not serve you as a commercial agent, it's a whole new set of skills.

As you can tell I lack major skills at reading comps) Due to the loan being a lot smaller number, it isn't considered a jumbo loan by the VA so my refi rate dropped from 5.5% with the original loan of 540k to now 477k @ 4.875% with 0 points.I have a POA in line because most of my work is over seas.

I have a ton of tools, resources, data, skill-sets and right now I am exploring how to best leverage them.

So my 2020 goals have been to really take my brokering skills for a thrill ride, and phase out of doing normal consumer deals.

So I was thinking about a way to tap into the unique skill set to add another piece to the puzzle.

You should be working on your long-term vision but right now you don't have any unique and valuable skills to achieve your vision, so you don't have the option to be specific about your path right now.See that this is the case, your path right now is to find any way you can gain experience in real estate and/or real estate investing.
