I also have a small 401k that I am trying to figure out how to use whether it means closing it out and taking the hit or finding a way to transfer it into a Roth self directed.As I said I am really grateful that Bigger Pockets is here and have just been diving in the last few weeks since discovering their Youtube channel.Thanks Ya'll!

I have foreclosure leads recorded within last 2 weeks.

My real estate agent had told me that I was the only person to see the house, because the tenants only allowed showings on Tuesdays, every other week, from 11am to 1pm...

What got me back in the game was 2 things...1) Mark Ferguson's book "Build a Rental Property Empire" and 2) listening to 2 different podcasts where I heard 2 people who were in my current profession resign because they were making so much money in Real Estate.I attended my first meet up this week and it was nice to speak with people with the same goals and interest in Real Estate.  

This is very frustrating.I plan on evicting her ASAP however, I was unexpectedly taken out of work at the end of july due to pregnancy and had the baby 2.5 weeks ago...my disability got messed up as well!!

I'm not winning a Darwin award this week.

Just take it as a lesson for the future to give about a week between tenants.

Jeff sent out a different guy 2 weeks ago to finish the deck/fence and the job looks horrible, paint running down in areas, some wood still showing, and there is stain from their sprayer all over my house, our neighbors house, our AC unit, etc. 

I found BiggerPockets through a work associate about 3 weeks ago and have been listening to every podcast and reading everything I can while getting my real estate license. 

Brandon Kreig runs it, they cover a different topic each week, but there is also time for networking!
