Owners often look at this and think I could have done this myself for and the parts were only $25 and now they charge me X.We self manage and have an internal team, but if I would hire a PM it would be Welcome Home Milwaukee.

We will be self managing for now.

I used a VA loan 0% down, $9000 for closing cost and I am currently renting it out room by room and self-managing through aparments.com.

On my first few rentals in Concord and Oakland I self managed because that is the best way to learn…..A SFR that’s a rental in Moraga is vastly different than a 6- Plex in East Oakland even thought they are only 20 minutes apart.
