Part of it depends on your goals-do you want to buy more rentals in which case would selling or refinancing give you the money to do that and get a higher return?

You can't charge two people rent for the same space during the same time.If the departing tenants are paying rent through August 31, then it's their rental until then.Also, you should never let a tenant move things in early.

Here are a few options and considerations:Commercial Loan or Portfolio Lender: Some commercial lenders or portfolio lenders may be more flexible in financing properties under an LLC, especially if the property will be used for commercial purposes like short-term rentals (Airbnb).
