We fully remodeling the house new kitchen, bathroom, added in unit laundry, refinished hardwoods and fresh coat of paint.

Than with that experience under belt they evolve up to mini remodeling such as A (keyword A as in singular) bathroom R&R.

It had a remodeled kitchen and bathroom, everything else was average condition.

And yes, getting contractors to give you estimates in the beginning works well.Once to you get to know property, you can walk through and tell pretty quickly, for example in my area $20 per square foot (SF) would be light remodel. $40 more extensive, and $50k for a full rehab.
