Most of the time they don't look very professional, there is no company logo and some of the things you agreed on are not reflected there.- Scammers never run a background check!

And I don't understand how it's possible.And then there are the other questions, about distributing the depreciation only to "cash investors", but not the UBIT, recapturing the depreciation when selling in N years (and not reflecting that in the deal exit numbers), etc.
