It's good to learn about the cost of materials anyway because it also makes you more aware of what goes into a project and you might as well start learning now.Number 1 thing is either check on the progress of work being done regularly, daily if possible, or have someone you trust do it.

I wanted to update on my progress, and reach out to connections in the Orlando area. 

Our goal is to have 1 more rental and 1 flip in progress by the end of this month.......Interested in what you have to offer

I was expecting it to be a lot of work but was expecting better progress by now.  

We should keep the conversation going - I'd be happy to continue to share with you as things progress.

I'd be more than happy to see steady, gradual progress, rather than a flood of work that makes my family and job suffer. 4.

Asheville is very progressive and is considering ways to make tiny houses more doable.
