I have tried to ask customer service and I keep getting copy and paste answers vs someone just explaining the steps on how my LLC will show that it is conducting business.I am aware that hard money is expensive, but it should still be able to do its job, which is to help my company and I make profits.Any and all help would be greatly appreciated as I paid quite a bit of money and I hope that it doesn't end up that I fell for a scam.Thank you, Erin 

I understand they are slow in their process but they get deals done, so I will have to wait..I really would like to know where I stand with them, as I fantastic 3 family in my area just fell on my lap, that I am negotiating privately with the sellers..

Last year, I was attempting to put together a $3M deal here in Florida, but it fell through.

The facade soon fell through after I filed a legitimate claim in excess of $50K (property is a total write off) in February 2013.

Think about it this 5 year from now:If the market fell and you scored some good deals, then you will be happy you did it!

Then it fell to around I dunno, 7000-8000 or so and of course a 1/3 devaluation was devastating news.

I'm really surprised the deal fell through considering it has a full basement that is bone dry and could be easily finished.

I also attempted to buy property in 2016 but it fell through.
