The attorney representing the landlord motioned to continue the case until after July 27th and the magistrate took the suggestion under advisement (meaning he's going to look into the matter and issue a written ruling in a few days).This suggests I witnessed my area's first application of the CARES Act on evictions - our court system seems to be broadly applying the standard and afterwards very politely invited the attorney to move the decision to an appeals court so it could be properly reviewed.

If it's a partnership, everyone has to be an active partner and thus needs to be involved in the decision making.Going bigger, raising more money, running as a proper syndication, and having a smaller number of decision makers is so much less complex.

Bolt.If you want to do a storage deal, start with the municipality and make sure it's zoned properly and what they require for such (fencing, lighting, etc).

I thought about hard money but I know that it comes at an expensive rate and from using the bird calculator I'm not sure if I'm running my numbers properly but it doesn't make too much sense to do it that way maybe I don't know how to put the numbers in exactly.
