I've been thinking about what investing strategy works best for me and I think need a little help, advice from more experienced people.I've managed to save up 100k, working on building my credit in CA, make around 40k a year, potentially will go up to 50k next year.I've been going back and forth with what approach I should take.1.

We're in the top school district in the area and a highly sought after town.Any advice of how to approach this would be much appreciated.

The way you need to approach this deal is "what do I have to do to have the best chance at getting a bank loan in 5 years?"

Think about it burt... if you were a surveyor and someone approached you with your scenario... what would you tell them?

In this instance, I think this would work well as we maintain a very positive relationship with our tenants and this one in particular was appreciative of our approach.

Seems like using sites such as land.com, landflip.com, landwatch.com, and landcentury.com to find comps is one approach but what if there aren't any apples-to-apples comps?

Ashish Acharya, I forgot to say that the house I bought it's a single family house, and the rooms are the ones rented, is it the same approach?

First, I think that trying to deescalate the situation is the right approach.
