We can pick a closing day for our properties either at the end of 2021 or the beginning of 2022.

Yes, 12 year old post and the 2nds were picked up for 1% probably because they were attached to deeply underwater assets.

Assuming you do not have anything yet, there is a lot to learn when it comes to investing and I can see how many people can get knocked out by picking up bad investments too fast.

I started calling agents in Dallas today and the 2 agents I spoke to both wanted me to sign a work agreement, meaning I will have to pick solely 1 person to work with. 

So an example, say I have an excellent plan, have met with professionals picked brains, learned about my local markets, and the properties, would it be difficult for me to seek financing from investors, having no experience?
