But the main thing is call back your people that are responding quickly and put in a phone number where you can be reached. the email thing is such a round robin when renting, hopefully this will increase your leads and you'll rent it right away...

This does not even include any HOA, tenant screening costs from property management, liability insurance, etc.

You might get lucky and they may leave.You will attract a higher quality tenant if you avoid section 8 by setting your screening standards higher.

I do have the AirBNB app set up for notifications on my phone and my husband's, so we'll hopefully be able to get back to prospective guests quickly.
