The only way to fix it, short of replacing it, is to call your carpet cleaner and ask if he can remove pet urine smells... any half decent operation should.

If a governmental unit cant provide the services needed to their people it should be dissolved.I do believe that the greed on individuals is not the real problem, but the greed of government in wanting more of your money through taxes which they can not get now within this economy, so they must resort to business "ownernship" to get more money for their "pet projects".Now I am not advocating the us governmental overthrow, but do believe that they must be reigned in somewhat.

I would probably not allow pets because there is no fence, and a large dog would destroy the lawn5.

I don't cater to pets so not sure what I would do except deny them for having a pet.
