It seems to me sites like AirDNA and other revenue estimators for STR's seem to be giving me what I feel is an unrealistic number, my question is how accurate are these estimators?

The price is right about the same when I factor in the additional numbers Readymode uses vs the one line Mojo says I need since they get your number whitelisted.They both dial multiple numbers at once (possibly more than 3 as to what Readymode says) but I like the add ons and unlimited skiptracing Mojo offers for $49/mo

Lots of decent YT videos as well.There is no (or little) value in having a RE license just for your own use as an investor, and the costs of maintaining it like a full-time professional are higher than you would think.
