I can handle the whole state with technology and the ways of modern-day real estate. 

There are too many hoops to get through and half your money goes to the park.Owning land that is setup for mobile homes makes more sense to me.

Property owner wants a mobile home in need of repair moved, that's it, free and clear.

Also need to hear from flooring, roofing, carpentry contractors in Mobile Al area asap.

Their app is easy to use, they have mobile deposit for rent checks, and I can move money instantly from one account to the other.Additionally, they sync transactions to quickbooks for ease of bookkeeping.That being said, I don't think what they offer is vastly different than any other major bank.  

Manufacturer homes may be an option if mobile homes are big in the area.

In my market houses sell quickly, so I've missed a lot of properties because the realtor was a day or 2 late.get your own license problem solved.realtors dont show houses much anymore especially to investors.. driveby walk around it make an offer subject to home inspection thats how its done.. buyer does the leg work not the agent in this modern real estate worldalso in Vegas and most markets agents are not showing houses with social distancing  maybe you heard we have this virus thing going around
