The inside paint will be finished this week, floor refinishing starts on Wednesday, matching stainless steel appliances arrive tomorrow and the kitchen will soon be finished!  

Sean and Aaron mentioned that instead of looking for matching wood for 10-20 plus yr old hardwood floors, just level and recarpet that room which isn't unusual.

What if you must replace at least one door in the house, do you just replace all of them to match?

They are more flexible, no argument there, but no way am I personally willing to give up locking in historically low 30 year fixed rate mortgages whose terms cant be touched or matched with commercial lending.

Find the highest spot on the floor then jack up the low areas to match it down in the basement/crawl using the adjustable columns. 2x6 floor joist shouldn't span more than 6' or so.

However, I do distinctly remember being taught about exponential growth.

Watch what larger, seasoned owners in the B units are doing and match or top them.

Only invest in a 401k if you have a company match.
