If you have proof of satisfaction of the prior lien, provide it to the title company handling your sale and they will be able to clear the lien.

I am also looking for an AZ lic RE agent who would be willing to pull comps and help me locate individuals that would advise me on the condition of the homes that I have under contract but no idea of their condition and repo assessments.

We weren't ready to buy in our new location cause we didn't know how long we'd be there.  

Our tenant has bought a house and will be leaving and I thought about trying to rent to workers whose company is paying them to move to a new location.

@Wayne BrooksOkay I understand now, prior I didn't quite understand the contract concept but now I get it.I am probably not going to pursue the property because of the fact that it's already under contract with a realtor.

While the location near the university was a compelling to reason to hold, the chunk of change to be made in the flip was appealing to my 20-something-year-old self.With that, I purchased yet another single family home.

For someone starting out on their first deal, I don't recommend doing a complete renovation unless you have reliable contractors or have some sort of prior experience.I would of chose a small multi-family property that need very minor repairs (which this type of property ended up being my second purchase).
