Per the CORI website, only the applicant can request their own CORI; it can be done online, but I have no idea how long it takes to get the results.  

We made a decision to move forward on the 26th, paid the application fee and sent over all of the documents requested by end of the day on the 27th with an appraisal scheduled for that Saturday the 28th. 

This takes longer for me, but it cuts down on the slop versus using the lambswool applicator to try to lay down thicker, more robust coats to get it done in two coats.

I have one applicant with 4 children and an applicant for the other vacant unit with a black lab.There is a fenced in yard all tenants would share.What do I need to consider, ask, put in the lease agreements?  

I posted in postlets for new tenants and have been screening interested applicants...most people did not meet the 3X income, most have DDS/sec 8. 

I own a SFH rental in the Charlotte, NC area and I am currently working with an applicant interested in my rental.

Should I have a copy of the tenants ID if they completed the Application and background/credit check online.

I have some applicants with low income, but they say their mom has good income and can cosign.

Please be advised that a $25 application fee is required per adult person but will be applied to the move in fee if you qualify.  

The standard FAR lease has a section where each applicant has to initial stating they have read through the brochure and understand the risks involved.
