Hint: There is one in Puerto Rico @ Caribbean (and the Island of PR is part of the US, yes dollars and no passport required for US citizens), "El Yunke National Park" in Puerto Rico, the largest rain forest in North America!  

There are so many other things to consider, but as a first time talking to someone about private lending, those tend to be the largest concerns people have, especially if they are coming from the stock market space as they will inherently view this method of investing as risky.

Seems that most national lenders draw a hard line at 4 financed properties.We plan to live in the new residence for a long time, and it will be our largest loan to date.
