Funny, I put some thought into both Lake County in general as well as Vallejo. 

Hello BP,Curious to see if there are any lake or levee builders out there in BP land. 

I would like to hear other people experience in the cleveland area (cuyahoga county or lake county). 

Tempe Town Lake is AWESOME. 

I’ve been designing and building Home in the canyon lake San Marcos wimberley are new braunfels area.

I also moved away from in-person meetings and only schedule them when absolutely necessary allowing me to fit more meetings in and reduced the time spent doing laundry as my "work clothes" are yoga pants.My travel last year was not as much as I had hoped… I took 8 weeks off and went to Boston twice, Denver twice, San Francisco, Phoenix, Detroit, and took a four-day motorcycle trip around lake Michigan.

Otherwise if you are on a lake or in some vacation area, that could increase value.

I would like to stay between the White Settlement/Saginaw/Lake Worth/Keller/Watagua/Haltom area, but would be interested in anything near FW.

Sam, we like Dallas, San Antonio, Salt Lake City, Provo, Tampa, and Atlanta. 

Both houses are on a small lake in the Midwest in a nice neighborhood and were worth about 250K at the time.
