I'm going to adapt and continue.What I'm getting "sick of" is having to discuss the issues so much and address the matter as if this stuff is optional and as if it can be ignored if someone doesn't like it or they try to slide in some arrangement or excuse why it doesn't apply to them, being from those with no formal financing training at all or 20 hours of classroom/internet origination classes and a mickey mouse test, if they even have that

If it isn't safe for you to drive through it, that's fine as long as you are prepared to deal with such (that dangerous of an area is a special niche that you need to have more knowledge of how to properly handle), and the list goes on.Yes, the internet makes it very easy to buy a property sight unseen and you can certainly do that, but don't do it without due diligence.

Usually such sites, IMO, is not worth a dime, does being in business for 50 years mean the guy's dad made private loans, they sure haven't been on the internet for 50 years, Al Gore didn't invent the internet about 30 years ago.I'm familiar with slave labor, stay away from that as tempting as it may be, you're getting off topic in your thread, if you want to do one on slave labor and non-profits that could be a discussion. :)
