Hi Friends,Who's interested in a creating a Nashville mastermind group to foster accountability & support, and challenge each other in financial freedom/investing endeavors, as well as other areas of life (personal goals, health/fitness, etc)?

I've not interacted with smaller local groups, but they are usually there to support tenants.

Apartments really excite me but I am trying to find out how to get involved or obtain the skills for the job (such as underwriting - I like numbers but I also love to meet and interact with people).

I am guessing some of this problem is due to the office staff/assistants - I have interacted with the attorney briefly on few topics and they seem to know their stuff.

Not sure about cost nor customer interaction as I wasn't there, but they sent me the report and it was thorough and helpful - not overly alarming on minor issues and seemed to explain issues thoroughly.
