We obviously handle the ones near us in-house, but hiring someone in another market to work one day a month is a bit of an odd task.My guess is that remote property management companies need to have a sort of Swiss-army-knife person in the area that can do many variable tasks for them and works on an hourly basis as there may not always be things to do, but I don't know that for a fact.How do remote/long-distance property management companies overcome the challenges of not being in the area?

I met with a seller, and we have verbally come to an agreement on purchase price, interest rate, down payment, term length and monthly payment.

I am curious if any of you have some good intel on getting started with section 8 in the indianapolis area.

Hello everyone, Wanted to know some of your thoughts on this situation I have. 

I am planning on using it to buy multiple properties in AL, TX or OH and wanting to use the BRRRR strategy on these homes.  

You an use this if you are either looking to invest passively, or, if you are raising capital, refer back to it, and focus on these three pillars:The biggest mistake I see passive investors make is they focus on the deal, what's my return, when in reality, that is the last pillar they need to focus on.
