I am a local real estate investor that would like to build a network of relationships that mutually benefit each other through friendship, information, and success.

When I first moved to Massachusetts, it was difficult to find a friend group who knew their way around power tools,  however this summer I have made a few new friends that have benefited me greatly.

That being said, I would like to learn more as I know I don’t know everything, or even much at all, and I am hoping to network and receive ideas and voice some of my own for others benefits. 

Those that also benefit from trying to sell you something muck up the tone of the meeting pretty quickly. 

You are learning a new set of skills that will benefit you for the rest of your life.  

They will want you because you bring money, or expertise of some type - something so that the both of you benefit from the relationship. 

Just flat out ask them if they would consider owner financing and list the benefits the owner may have by providing owner financing .

I didn't listen as there was so much going on - NOW I see the benefit.

The actual tax cost on rental income will not be that bad and you will still very much receive the benefit of using leverage.
