What I've learned is that the COVID is not a big risk for the young and healthy (granted, we don't know long-term risks).  

But then again this becomes part of the cyclical nature of the housing market, we’ve not had in really 5-10 years, so long as it’s not too deep it is probably healthy. 

Do we seriously have to pay for a high dollar soil test prior to foundation? 

If the policy doesn’t pay dividends, I’d roll the cash value into a better served rolled if you’re still healthy because it will grow faster.
