I have a lady recently went through a messy divorce with bad credit who is interested in my property.

I guess we really do learn something new every day.That doesn't seem to be the case with this lady since her rent is $650.

The lady in the management company says that she told us about the fact that they do not rent furnished houses but what happened is that as soon as I went back to Venezuela, she had some people over to disassemble the beds and placed them in the garage without notifying us. 

I would be wary of anyone willing to rent without seeing the property and meeting me first, especially someone who is making an assumption like this lady.  

Getting your tax dollars backI had one section 8 lady look at a property of mine.  

The tenant is the mother of some rough, biker gang relatives that visit frequently and just seemed like a "nice little old lady" at first take.  

I had a contractor give a lady that was interested in the house my cell number and she has been calling me non stop ever since.

Thank you for the information,  I think I will probably consult an attorney because I think this lady is probably up to something. 

You could even bike to work in good weather and get healthier while saving on commuting costs.

Turns out she is the same lady that my manager advised against letting her lease again.
