We know that the wholesaler, 95 times out of 100:1) Doesn't have the money to buy the property themself2) The sale will occur only if the wholesaler can flip the property for a higher price to someone else.

Many of the problems occurred when people did not budget properly for the changing payment amount.I also would not recommend a balloon loan under any circumstances.
