Does anybody know of any real estate/investing meet up groups in Whatcom or Skagit County in Washington?

There is also a fantastic networking group in Chicago that does monthly events with panel speakers and all kinds of great intel spanning a variety of topic matters that change each time.

You are not alone in this journey.There is a neat group on Facebook called Real Estate Investing for the W2 Employee, which is a wealth of knowledge and a bunch of people who are doing what you want to be!!

I heard a podcast this weekend with a guest from Ridge Lending Group that seemed to imply if you documented something the right way on your closing statement that they could then let you do a delayed financing for the purchase price plus rehab costs (still under 6 months).

It also offers a two-car garage and is located within 20-30 minutes from Eglin AFB, Duke Field AFB, and the 7th Special Forces Group compound.

I work with wholesaler groups throughout the boroughs and Long Island that bring about the occasional good deal.
