Hello all, I think this will be kinda long, so I'm gonna try and give you a quick summary if you don't want to read it all:Current diesel mechanic, just turned 30, living in Austin, TX, looking for more lucrative care...

I'm actually looking to move into the PA market sometime in the near future as I will be moving out towards Robinson soon.

This is just a means to get better results growing that money for your future retirement.

I don’t really plan on changing anything in the near future.

With all of that being said now my question is, what type of documentation do I need to keep to prove to the banks in the future that I have been managing this property my self??

Plus there are “100’s” of companies here that will do it for almost nothing either to tack on their fees to Tennant or get your future business.

I'll have to check this sort of problem out way up front with future property analyses.Thanks for the thoughts.

And what happens if there's an issue violating the lease (not financially related) in the future?

This is why I have chosen to be an REI, to become financially free, so I can make better use of the time I have to spend with family and friends, a better future for my children, and a better environment for people who do don't have.  

Anyway, maybe in the near future we can work on a deal together.
