Previously, while acting as a Portal, Zillow received virtually all of their listing via a feed from local MLS systems.

IF you feel there's risk, charge them the same as you would a renter.My concern was a final walkthrough is a chance to spot anything that an inspector might've missed, was hidden by furniture, or happened subsequent to the inspection. 

Most meetings can be done virtually and you may find a CPA who is a much better fit for you that way.
