I am looking to work in commercial real estate focused on multi-family or with a real estate investment firm.

As such, I try to focus of the processes and systems. 

My suggestion (after following Alina's) is to focus on saving as much as possible to put yourself in a position to invest and in the meantime it's education, education, education!

Looking forward to become an investor full time joined BP a while ago, however just became a pro to take all of PRO member advantages, I can see that most of the BP members are focused on investing in the US (a few other investors from other regions).

Initially, I dont care about ARV, because it has no direct impact on cashflow (which I'm assuming would be your main focus).

@Hunter Ambos I would focus on making money, not the taxes.

Our current focus is on finding a multi family property in the Fishtown/Kensington/Port Richmond, University City, Germantown/Mount Airy, and Clifton Heights/Drexel Hill/Upper Darby using the analysis methods taught by Bigger Pockets, and using it as a gateway into more properties in the future.

I want to put most of my focus on pre-foreclosures, as that is a clear indicator of a motivated seller. 

Everyone seems focused on $9m and assumes that she cared as much about money as they do.

I'm wondering why there isn't a lot more focus on how to find deals.
