The misinformation is not coming from my end...Im not defending HW here, but Google maps shows me the property is 1,000 feet, (30% shorter as the crow flies) and I counted, 9 houses away from from the Red Blob if you go one way, and 4 houses to the Red blob if you go up another street. 

It is Like the difference between someone walking and flying .

It could be re-written under a post of "How to fly a King Air" and most would equally accept it. 

All of FL is WAY overpriced, I know this as I live on the beach in FL. I
