I could move that equity into other projects, including properties that would rent for more efficient rates (rentals in the 3/2 to 4/2 2000sf range here tend to go for about $2200-2400/mo).

My partner and i just lost all our investments with them they promised to do all the work and that we would collect the 18+% percent interest rate on our money basically all my certificates expired and my money is considered a "DONATION" WTF!!!!
