My guess is that by the time you pay your extra pm, cleaning, and maintenance expenses, there will be very little left over from the extra you were able to charge (making the feasibility low).

If the seller is carrying and not charging points (ie: directly profiting from the loan transaction itself) then it works.

According to what I am reading Android has a much larger market share than Iphone does now.http://venturebeat.com/2013/05/16/windows-phone-jumps-to-third-in-global-smartphone-market-share-and-could-be-second-faster-than-you-think/If that's the case I do not know why Android would not be a major platform in need of a BP app if a ton of users have the IOS systems.I think it must just be a preference thing.

Sometimes they are easy to get released and sometimes not.My title and escrow companies don't charge me for title reports on cancelled escrows (but they would if I made a habit of canceling), so there would be no damages.

None of their maintenance issues would have held up in court, except for the issue of some of the windows not locking, which absolutely should have been caught by the PM....who charged us to do a walk-through to make sure everything was up to code when we first hired them.

And I have a question about security deposits. 5321.16 Procedures for security deposits(A) Any security deposit in excess of fifty dollars or one month's periodic rent, whichever is greater, shall bear interest on the excess at the rate of five per cent per annum if the tenant remains in possession of the premises for six months or more, and shall be computed and paid annually by the landlord to the tenant.We're planning to charge $650 for rent and from what I've read, the security deposit should be about the same as one month's rent, so a $650 security deposit.
