Great tenants and will hate to see them leave but they must move on due to tax laws of working in a state for more than 1 year.I’m asking what is everyone’s experience with trying to squeeze in STR guests in between MTR tenants.

Frankly from my limited experience, it seems different to even meet the 1% Rule much less the 2% Rule.

They should have current experience and plenty of it2.

With some help from my principal broker, helping me fill my funnel and bringing me in on his business to help put my valuation experience to use, I switched to full-time not long after!
