He has vacated the house and has purchased another one, so all he wants is to get rid of this one.  

I have always had not only a fascination of the real estate market but I enjoy learning about as well.

Hello BP, I'm new to the site and have been really enjoying all it has to offer!

We recently had a case where we contacted the Chicago public health department and they were instrumental in intervention and supportive in our efforts to have the tenant notified that the unit be cleaned or vacated. 

So I have got a judgement last week for failure to pay rent with no right of redemption.I texted the tenant to let give them  opportunity to vacate before I file for eviction and I would pay them some cash.
