We are buy and hold so our strategy is different however I think as a city to invest in Lynchburg is great..it is growing and Liberty University is just one of many employers (but it is huge and it is not going anywhere so it is driving massive growth) We look at other areas but we coming back to Lynchburg.

Cons: distance from home, longer to pay down incurred debt from remodelsSelling, Pros: would pay of mortgage plus all the debt ( nothing left over after that), wouldn't have to drive anymore.
