It's not so much the technical skills that make the best wholesalers.The best wholesalers understand that their job is to first understand the specific needs of the seller, then to help the seller craft the best solution to their particular problem, and finally to bring on whatever skills and resources are necessary to complete the transaction profitably.If, at the end of any wholesale transaction, both the seller and the end-buyer are not better off (however they each define better), then that wholesaler did not do their job properly.

There is a bit of additional paperwork to show ownership of the property and get your EFT payment account established....The most problematic issue I have seen is failing inspections...or landlords assuming they can charge the rate defined for HUD for the type of property and bedrooms and rent being assessed at much lower once the MHA determines "fair market" for the area.
