You can look into working with distressed homeowners, scouring the MLS, marketing, and networking to ideally find leads.

As we're getting everything set up with our business we wanted to start talking with a CPA at this stage to make sure everything is being done in the best way possible.

BP is a great wealth of information but you still have to network consistently online and in-person.
