The only ones that will even consider a pit bull are a couple that deal h the high end homeowners.  

I was pre-approved by a lender a couple of months ago, but decide not to buy the property because the home inspection found some structural problems that I did not want to deal with. 

Where I'm at we have suburbs of suburbs, all pretty valid for a commute to a major area or commerce or employment.I'm curious of your overall thoughts on commercial property, however; this is the first time that I've seen commercial real estate listed on the BP forums in my short couple of months here so far. 

My experience has been 2 flips, a single-family flip I did about 10 years ago and I’m about to finish rehabbing a 2 flat I purchased in 2014, I originally bought this property with the intention of renting in 2014 but about 9 months ago I decided to rehab and flip it do to the increase in value in the last couple of years.

@Michael TruebaMichael: Your best bet would be to call a couple property management firms who have expertise in the asset size that you're pursuing and ask them what they're seeing across their portfolios.

These might be terms of only a couple years but interest only payments.

The previous buyer was also an investor who didn't have enough reserves and got hit with a couple of violations on illegal rehab. 

I'm finishing up the rehab in hopefully the next couple of weeks then looking to get it appraised but I am also worried I'll get stuck with a lot of money down.
