IIf you want to be very active, then $50K can Cash Flow pretty well finding a Class C/B property, renovating it, and renting it out using the BRRRR method in certain markets in the Midwest or Southeast.

The company downsized, which was disappointing as I felt I was just hitting my stride having built the above described network, with all of my clients happy with progress and subcontractors that would prioritize working for me over other work because of my means to move projects forward without yelling at anybody 😂Over the past few years I have taken the real estate classes for both NC and SC passed the tests but changes in plans kept me from pursuing Real Estate Brokerage as a direct career. 

So I facebook stalked her a bit and realized we went to the same church, I joined her bible class :) got to talk to her more, invited her to lunch.

This feels like a moonshot.If you want to take over some foreclosures, just hire an attorney to represent you at the sheriff's auctions in Kane, Will and DuPage Counties, or go to the private auctions in Cook. 

All my rentals were in A class areas and I took the time to find the right tenants for them instead of putting the first person in there who would give me money. 

It was <C-class but in an industrial area & in high demand for those working in the facilities nearby.

I've just finished my classes, so only testing left.

Currently I have a class A property in La Jolla CA that is rented.
